Lambe Planning and Design understand that tourism is no longer a national market but a global market. The ready availability of quick and viable forms of transport has enabled demanding 21st Century holidaymakers to expect as a minimum the same attractive high quality accommodation, environment and facilities from British Holiday Parks that they have experienced abroad.

We identified and recognised this trend at an early stage, and this understanding underpinned our successful approach to the schemes we undertake.

By advocating environmental sustainability, integration and the upgrading of existing caravan and chalet parks and focusing on the key issues with new developments, we have gained planning approvals for schemes in some of the most sensitive areas. This focus on quality and with close liaison with planning authorities and other consultees, has established our track record for attention to detail and obtaining Consents for the most difficult of schemes.

Our extensive range of services has been developed specifically for the Holiday Park / Caravan Park / Lodge Park / Chalet Park and Park Home industry primarily involving the design and layout of Parks, gaining of planning consents, preparing layout plans & landscaping - and where required involving consultations and negotiations with Planning Authorities, National Parks, Environment Agency, Highways and Site Licensing Departments.

All this work is executed to the highest of standards, if planning applications are required these are prepared very carefully, with great emphasis being placed on presentation. As a result, and because of our wide experience, we have very high success rates in gaining consents for both new parks and extensions to existing ones, as well as the upgrading and restructuring of existing parks.

We consider the layout, aspect and location of every single unit in the drafting of layout plans, this not only helps to gain the support of Planning Authorities, but also has a significant effect on the marketability and potential revenue being generated for any successful scheme - the aim being to create as many premium pitches as possible. We work nationally, and have dealt with the vast majority of Planning Authorities and National Park Authorities and have good working relationships with them.

We can also give indications of revenues achieved and how other Holiday Parks operate, whether this is for Touring Units, Holiday Caravans or Lodge Holiday Homes and whether these comprise a hire fleet or owner occupied.
